We hire trained, kind, careful caregivers who want to do this work the right way: with the time it takes, the support of a team, and pay that's consistent, on-time, and includes mileage.
Who we hire.
- Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and Resident Care Attendants (RCAs), registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for our complex-care and post-hospital cases.
- Companions and homemakers with proven home-care experience for the right roles.
What we offer.
- Steady, scheduled hours, not gig work. Most caregivers see the same families each week.
- A real supervisor on call when something on a visit needs a second set of eyes, so you don't carry it alone.
- Ongoing training in dementia care, fall prevention, and palliative basics.
- Between-visit mileage covered, plus a consistent geographic patch so you're not crossing the city all day.
- $41–$45/hr for LPNs and RNs, $21–$25/hr for caregivers. Higher rate on stat holidays.
