Langley Memorial discharges land in two different Langleys (the City's compact streets, the Township's acreages and long rural roads), and the care plan has to fit the property as much as the diagnosis. We follow the hospital's plan through the first weeks: medications, wound care, the rebuild of daily routine. For Fort Langley and Aldergrove homes, the four-hour visit starts when we're in the door, not partway down the road.
Public home support in Langley is arranged through Fraser Health. Some families blend it with our hours; others use CSIL, BC's self-directed funding program, to run the care budget themselves: with CSIL you pay us directly from your funding, while VAC and ICBC we direct-bill. Caregiver-led visits run $41–$45 an hour, invoiced bi-weekly with the itemized detail extended health plans want.

Does a rural property change the visit?
