Four-hour minimum per visit. Days, evenings, overnights, and 24-hour care when needed.

Caregiver arrives, helps with bathing or shower (with safety bars and our own technique training), dressing, mobility, and any small tasks around the visit: a meal, a load of laundry. Visits are unhurried.
Caregivers bring transfer belts and use safe-lifting techniques. Mechanical lifts are typically owned by the family (or supplied via Red Cross loans / VAC); we work with whatever's in the home.
Yes. Two-person transfers are arranged when the assessment calls for it (heavier transfers, falls risk). Billing is at the two-caregiver rate; we'll go through it on the 15-minute call.
Often partially. Extended health plans (Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, etc.) cover personal care up to a yearly maximum; VAC covers it for eligible veterans; CSIL self-managed funding covers it for eligible clients. We walk through your specific coverage on the 15-minute call.
The visit focuses on the client's needs: their meals, their laundry, their bed, the spaces they live in. Housekeeping for the rest of the household is outside what we're contracted to do.
Yes. Caregiver gender preferences are honored where possible; we'll note it on the 15-minute call and match accordingly.
Caregiver-led visits run $41–$45 an hour with a four-hour minimum; when a Registered Nurse is needed for clinical work, those visits are $75 an hour.
