Surrey is a wide city, with longer drives between visits than the inner Lower Mainland and a different scale of neighborhood at every turn. Our caregivers cover Newton, Guildford, Cloverdale, South Surrey, and the rest, with the patience the routes ask for.
Surrey Memorial Hospital discharges drive a lot of our Surrey calls. So does dementia care delivered with the same caregiver each visit, and overnight coverage for the spouse who hasn't slept through the night in months.
Surrey Memorial is one of the province's busiest hospitals, and discharges move accordingly: families often get a day's notice that someone is coming home. Calling us from the ward works: we'll go through the discharge plan on the 15-minute call and can often have a caregiver at the house in Newton or Fleetwood the day your loved one arrives. From there it's the steady version of the work: medications, wounds, meals, and a city whose distances we plan around so the visit time is care time.
Public home support in Surrey is arranged through Fraser Health, and most families we work with blend the two: the health authority's hours plus private hours where the day needs them, especially overnights. Caregiver-led visits run $41–$45 an hour; RN-led clinical visits are $75. VAC and ICBC are direct-billed, and with CSIL you pay us directly from your funding; extended health plans get itemized receipts.

Common questions from Surrey families.
How fast can care start after a Surrey Memorial discharge?
Often the day of discharge, if we hear from you during the stay. Surrey discharges can come on short notice, so the earlier the 15-minute call happens, the smoother the homecoming.
Do you really cover all of Surrey?
Yes: Newton, Guildford, Fleetwood, Cloverdale, Whalley, South Surrey down to Crescent Beach. It's a wide city, and the distances are built into our scheduling.
Can you do overnight care?
Yes. Overnight coverage is one of the most common Surrey requests, usually for a spouse who hasn't slept properly in months. Care delivery runs 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
