White Rock is a small city of long-time residents, where many families have been here for decades. Our caregivers cover Marine Drive down to the pier, up the hill to Five Corners and East Beach.
White Rock calls cluster around the long arrangements: parents who've decided to age in place and need ongoing support, and the first weeks home from Peace Arch Hospital. Respite for spouses comes up regularly too.
Peace Arch Hospital sits in the middle of a community where many clients have lived for decades, and the goal after a stay is almost always the same: back to the same house, the same street, the same routine. We make the first weeks possible (the discharge plan followed properly, the hill between Marine Drive and Five Corners accounted for), and then, often, we stay on in a smaller steady way so aging in place keeps working.
White Rock has one of the funding mixes we know best. If your loved one served, VAC's Veterans Independence Program can fund home care, and we bill VAC directly, with no reimbursement paperwork for the family. Public home support runs through Fraser Health and blends well with private hours. Caregiver-led visits are $41–$45 an hour, with itemized receipts for extended health and long-term-care insurance.

Common questions from White Rock families.
Do you direct-bill Veterans Affairs?
Yes. For VAC's Veterans Independence Program we bill VAC directly, so the family isn't fronting costs and claiming them back. Bring the VAC file number to the 15-minute call and we'll sort the rest.
Can care grow slowly, a few hours now, more later?
That's the usual White Rock shape: it starts with a few hours a week and grows as needs do, with the same caregiver throughout. Nothing about the arrangement locks you into more than you need.
