Six kinds of home care, all of them shaped by what families call us about. Pick the one that sounds closest to your situation, or talk it through on a 15-minute call.
When a loved one comes home from hospital. A trained caregiver picks up where discharge instructions leave off: medications, wound care, the slow return to normal.
See post-hospital recoveryWhen dementia changes the day. A familiar face, patient presence, and careful notes for family after every visit.
See dementia & alzheimer's careWhen you're too tired to keep carrying everything. A few hours a week, a weekend, a whole week: whatever lets you catch your breath.
See respite for family caregiversWhen a few hours a week would change everything. Companionship, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders. Small support that adds up to staying home, longer.
See hourly home careWhen dignity matters most. Bathing, dressing, mobility: the intimate parts of getting older, done carefully and with dignity.
See personal careWhen the care plan grows. When clinical work grows (wound care, infusions, tubes, trach), Salve's nurses do it at home.
See complex careThe six services above draw on the same day-to-day work. Plain about what we cover, so there are no surprises on the 15-minute call. Each service page lists what's included for that kind of care.
If a case needs hospital-level monitoring or equipment we can't safely bring to a home, we'll tell you on the 15-minute call rather than commit to something we shouldn't.
