Salve Health Care

Hourly home care in Vancouver

Many Vancouver families don't need full-day care, just a few hours a week, the right kind. Our caregivers cover Downtown and the West End, Kitsilano and Point Grey, Mount Pleasant and Main Street, and the rest of the city, on schedules that fit working families.

What's included.

Who it's for

Older adults whose family wants them to stay in their own home, with help. The 'eyes-on a few times a week' service that prevents the bigger crises.

Hours and schedule

Four-hour minimum per visit. Most families start with one to three visits a week and adjust over time.

Small help, big difference.

Vancouver's version of hourly care is the West End senior who's fine, mostly — but the groceries are heavy, the building's laundry is two floors down, and nobody would notice a missed medication until Friday. A few steady hours a week handle exactly that layer: meals, errands, reminders, and eyes that report what they see. It's the service that postpones the bigger decisions, sometimes for years.
